I just got a packet from the Delaware County bar association this packet is asking for my opinion as to the qualifications of the judicial candidates for the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. I will honor the process and keep my opinion confidential but if i can figure out a good way to post the resumes I have received I shall make those resumes available to my readers.
the candidates are all attorneys at law Michael T. Farrell, Frank Daly, Mary Alice Brennan, Richard M. Cappelli, Tom Gannon, Greg Mallon, and C. Scott Shields When the results are made public I will post the results. I will let you know right know that I expect the well qualified candidates to be the endorsed republicans and all other candidates to be either qualified or not recommended, because the Delaware County Bar Association is stacked with machine republicans.

I have said before to my readers that I will not be making endorsements in the democratic primary for county council races. However after hearing about the endorsements of the republican party Machine for judge and for county council that I will make endorsements for republicans upon ballot positions being made public. The links I provide will not be endorsements but are for educational purposes. Furthermore I will publish any link on this blog once I am aware of it.

ON March 15 2007, at 10pm the Middletown Bomber has learned that Michael A. Kane will withdraw nomination petitions seeking entry on to the republican and democratic primary election ballots. The former candidate stated that after a review of his petitions he falls just short of the requisite number of signatures he needs to pursue his life long dream of being a judge. The candidate said he may be back in 6 years to try again.
